20+ Years.
As a business leader, I specialise in building digital ecosystems through customer-first experiences. I pair that with performance-led, brand experience, creative communications. I’ve worked for big and small companies, across all mediums, from start-ups and strategy set-ups, to two of the largest advertising networks on the planet.
I have an MSc in Business Management and Leadership, and have been counted as one of CreativePool’s Top 100 Most Influential Creatives.
Auto & Mobility
For the past 5 years, I have been embedded in a client business unit, working closely with Ford Motor COmpany across their WPP engagements. Acting as Head ofExpereince Design and European Creative Director across a multiagency offering, I worked across channel to deliver a vast portfolio of creatively inspired work.
I built connected, digital Ecosystems that joined up app products with vehicle data and managed ownership cycles through dashboards. I managed market segmentation and customization of channels across Ford’s nameplate portfolio and delivered it within content, CRM, product, Web, In-vehicle, Online Advertising, Digital, Subscriptions, and Over The Air services.
Most recently I helped set Ford’s future vision in Europe with new vehicle launches and E-commerce development, moving the brand alongside its transition to electric.
I helped run pilots that tested the reframing of Ford’s franchise model to reframe its future as a D2C operation.
I was deeply involved in Experience Design, Creative Direction, and the customer experience across the full customer lifecycle of Shop, Buy, and Own.
